Balance payable on invoice on the final day of your hunt. 2008 Price List valid to August 31st 2008. Manuka Point Lodge retains the right to amend fees quoted and general conditions and terms of business.

Transfers Christchurch City - Manuka Point Lodge return. All-inclusive fully catered private room at Manuka Point Lodge - wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Daily laundry service. Full-time services of an experienced professional hunter.

Non-
Hunter Daily Rate Includes:
Transfers Christchurch City - Manuka Point Lodge return. All-inclusive fully catered private room at Manuka Point Lodge - wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Daily laundry service. A non-hunter may accompany hunters on some occasions as an observer.

Trophy Fees Include:
Photography, field/initial trophy preparation, cleaning and delivery to local taxidermist. Fees are payable on bagged, or wounded, non-recovered game. Trophies will be SCI scored during your hunt and fees applied as per the current Manuka Point Lodge detailed price list.

Rates Do Not Include:
Flights: international or domestic. Spirituous liquor. Lodge firearms hire and ammunitions. Taxidermist fees, export documentation, crating and shipping. Personal travel or medical insurances. Firearms permit, game bird or fishing licenses. Hotel accommodations and meals prior to or after hunting. Gratuities. All game meats remain the ownership of Manuka Point Lodge and are fully utilized at the Lodge.

Fees:
All prices quoted in $US and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. All booked and reserved days will be billed, including the days of arrival and departure.

Helicopter:
Helicopter time on an official booking form is an estimate based on the historical average. On the final hunt actual flying hours and/or part there-of (including ferry time if any) will be charged. The average airtime per trophy is two hours.

Booking Deposits and Final Payment:
Bookings are recorded on the Manuka Point Lodge official booking form and signed by the hunter and a representative of Manuka Point Lodge. The official form will contain details of the hunter’s name, address and contact, the hunt dates (start, duration and final dates), trophies booked, costing, and special requests. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full value of the hunt is required at booking to confirm your hunt reservation, with the balance due, payable on invoice, the final day of your hunt. This final account must be cleared prior to departing Manuka Point Lodge. Accepted methods of payment include cash, telegraphic transfer (wire), cheque, Visa and MasterCard. Please notify your bank that you are travelling to New Zealand prior to departing your home country.

Cancellation:
The hunt deposit is transferable (previous to 120 days prior to the hunt scheduled start date) to a suitable alternative hunt opening at no charge. Should you need to transfer the hunt within 120 days prior to the scheduled start date, an administration fee of $US2000 will apply. Deposits are non-refundable.

Changes to Itinerary:
Preferred dates and itineraries may need to be adjusted marginally on occasion to accommodate circumstances beyond the control of Manuka Point Lodge.

Risk:
There are inherent risks involved in safari hunting. Although every precaution is taken to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, our guests undertake all activities at their own personal risk, and no liability is accepted or implied by the owners and staff of Manuka Point Lodge. By paying a deposit on a booked hunt, a client accepts that any inherent risks are their own responsibility. Manuka Point Lodge accepts no responsibility or liability for delays, losses, accidents, illness, death or damage prior, during or after the hunt. It is strongly advised that the client take out comprehensive personal travel and medical insurances.

General New Zealand Arrival Information:
A valid current passport is required for entry into New Zealand. A visa may also be required. Check with your travel agent, the New Zealand consulate, or your airline carrier office in your country for details of your requirements. Prior to travelling, ensure that you obtain suitable travel and medical insurance. To facilitate email correspondence during your stay at Manuka Point Lodge, remember to bring your relevant details and passwords.
